DTF technology is the first technology that makes the personalization of textiles accessible to photographic quality, with printing and transfer on the contour, without the need to use a digital cutter.
Compared to other technologies, DTF technology has a low acquisition cost, the print transferred on textiles has vivid colors, it is more resistant to contact with the chemical substances in the composition of detergents, it is very elastic, resistant to mechanical actions (scratching, tearing) and it can be washed dozens of times without damage.
After partial evaporation of the liquid from the ink composition, a powder adhesive is applied, which adheres in a thin and homogeneous layer to the white ink. To activate the thermoplastic adhesive, the print is placed in an oven, and after baking (melting the adhesive) it is transferred to the textile material with the help of a thermal press.
